Eurowings' own seat map does not use row 3 on this aircraft: Premium BIZ ends at row 2 and Economy begins at row 4. Eurowings does not say why the number is left out; that reading is ours, from its own drawing. Nothing else is skipped — the numbering then runs 4 to 30 without a break, rows 13 and 17 included.
