Leave a seat review
The fastest way to help: find your cabin's seat map page and leave a review under the seat you sat in. Reviews are moderated before they go live, so there may be a short delay before yours appears.
Report a wrong or outdated configuration
Airlines retrofit cabins constantly, and we can't catch every change the moment it happens. If a seat map here doesn't match what you flew — wrong seat count, wrong layout, an airline has since retired a configuration — email corrections@bestplaneseats.com with the airline, aircraft, and what you saw. A link to the airline's own current seat map or fleet page, if you have one, helps us fix it faster.
Crowd reports
On any flight's seat map, you can tap "I'm on this flight" and mark seats you know were taken. It's anonymous, takes a few seconds, and helps future travellers get a sense of how full a cabin typically runs — never treated as live inventory, just an honest crowd signal.
