GOL's own seat map does not use row 13 or row 16 on this aircraft. Row 13 is the number airlines conventionally leave out. The numbering then runs to row 15 and picks up at row 17, which is the overwing exit row, so no seat is numbered 16 — GOL does not say why, and that reading is ours, from its own drawing.
What we could not settle on this aircraft
GOL's own website disagrees with itself about which rows on this aeroplane do not recline, and we are not going to pick a side for you. Its Boeing 737-800 page says in writing that rows 15 and 33 do not recline. The seat map printed directly above that sentence, on the same page, marks rows 14 and 15 instead — and GOL shows that same drawing on its Boeing 737 MAX page, where the written footnote says 14 and 15. So one of GOL's two statements about this aircraft is wrong and we cannot tell which. Row 15 is on both lists and is safe to treat as non-reclining. Rows 14 and 33 are each claimed by one GOL source and denied by the other. Everything else on this page — the 31 rows, the missing rows 13 and 16, the Premium Economy rows, the blocked middle seats and the windowless rows 10 and 11 — is identical on both of GOL's drawings and is not in doubt.
